193 Acre tract lies just off Old River Road in Clarendon County. This tract features a 55 acre duck impoundment and swamp drain that feeds into Big Branch, which in turn feeds into the Santee Swamp. The swamp drain as well as flooded timber on the property make for excellent wood duck shooting. This tract is in the middle of the best duck hunting in the state. The impoundment on the property is in between two other large impoundments and is near such notable waterfowl areas such as Featherhorn Farms and SC Waterfowl Association. This property also offers excellent deer and turkey hunting.

The owners have never commercially hunted this property or the impoundment. It has been previously used for family and friends. There has been no need to release ducks on the property as there is always an abundance of ducks flying from one tract to another.


This is an excellent piece of property to have private duck hunts for your family and friends or to be turned into a commercial hunting property. Access for fishing in the Santee Lake system is just a few miles away.
